1. Who these terms are between
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Xenia Vocal Consultant SRL, a company registered in Romania (CUI 42209070), Str. 1 Mai nr. 10, Baia Mare, Maramureș, Romania (“we”, “us”, “Xenia Vocal Healer”). They cover this website and The State One, including the nine frequencies, The Long One, The Short One, the guided meditation, the Activation Protocol, and the private circle.
By buying, downloading, or using any part of The State One, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not buy and do not use the material.
2. You must be 18
The State One is sold to adults only. By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. We do not knowingly sell to, or collect information from, anyone under 18.
3. What you are buying, and what you may do with it
You are buying a licence to use digital audio recordings and written material. You are not buying the recordings themselves, and ownership does not transfer to you.
The licence is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial, and it lasts for as long as you keep your purchase. Under it, you may:
- Download the files and keep your own copies
- Listen on any device you personally own
- Listen as often as you like, for as long as you like
You may not:
- Share, sell, lend, rent, gift, upload, or otherwise distribute the files, in whole or in part
- Post them on any website, cloud drive, streaming service, social platform, or file-sharing network
- Play them in a paid session, class, group, studio, or clinic, or use them in any commercial setting
- Use them in your own product, video, podcast, advertisement, or recording
- Edit, remix, sample, loop, slow down, speed up, or make derivative works
- Remove or alter any credit, watermark, or file information
- Use them to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence system
The recordings are made by one person, with one voice, over years. Redistribution is the one thing that would end this work. We take it seriously and we do pursue it.
4. What The State One is not
The State One is not medical treatment. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this website or in the material is medical, psychological, psychiatric, or health advice.
It is not a replacement for medicine, therapy, diagnosis, or any treatment prescribed to you. Do not stop, change, or delay any treatment because of anything you read or hear here. Talk to your doctor first.
The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. If you have a medical or psychological condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, speak to a qualified professional before you begin.
If you are in crisis or think you may be in danger, contact your local emergency number. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
5. Listening safely
- Do not listen while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your attention. The recordings are designed to settle your nervous system and can make you drowsy.
- Keep the volume at a comfortable level. Prolonged listening at high volume can damage your hearing.
- If you have epilepsy or any seizure disorder, tinnitus, a cochlear implant, a pacemaker, or any implanted electronic device, talk to your doctor before you begin.
- If you feel dizzy, nauseous, distressed, or unwell at any point, stop listening.
6. Results, testimonials, and what we do not promise
Every message, review, and case described on this website is a real, individual experience, transcribed as it was written and published with permission. Where a person is named or shown, they gave their consent.
They are not typical results and they are not a promise of what will happen to you. People differ. Bodies differ. Circumstances differ. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that you will experience any particular outcome, benefit, or change of any kind.
Where a testimonial giver received anything in exchange — a free copy, a discount, or a payment — that is disclosed next to the testimonial, as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides.
The brain-mapping measurements shown on the sales page are individual observations made in a clinic and interpreted by a specialist. They are not a clinical study, they were not controlled or peer-reviewed, and they do not prove that the program causes any particular effect. The research we cite is published research into sound, music, and the nervous system in general — it is not research into The State One.
7. Price, payment, and delivery
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include any applicable taxes where we are required to charge them. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

Access is delivered by email immediately after payment clears. If it has not arrived within one hour, check your spam folder and then write to contact@xeniavocalhealer.com. Where we say access is for life, we mean the lifetime of the product: we will keep the files available for download for as long as we operate, and we will give you reasonable notice to download your copies if we ever stop.
8. Refunds
Every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. The full policy, including how to request a refund and how long it takes, is on our Refund Policy page. When a refund is issued, your licence under section 3 ends immediately and you must delete any files you downloaded.
9. Intellectual property
The recordings, compositions, performances, text, images, name, logo, and the design of this website are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “The State One” and “Xenia Vocal Healer” are our marks. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to use them.
10. The private circle
The private circle is hosted on Telegram, a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy. Joining is optional. Inside it, you agree not to share the files, not to give medical advice to other members, and not to publish anything another member writes there. We may remove anyone who does, without a refund of what remains of their access, though the 30-day guarantee is unaffected.
What members share in the circle is their own experience, not advice from us, and we do not check it for accuracy.
11. Your account and your conduct
Keep your access link and password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it, or use it in a way that breaks any law.
12. Third-party services and links
This website relies on third parties — BuyGoods for payment, Klaviyo, Inc. for email, Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting, and Telegram for the circle. Their terms and privacy policies apply to what they do. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any website we link to.
13. No warranty
The website and The State One are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the material will meet your expectations or produce any result.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of your use of the website or The State One.
Our total liability to you for any claim connected to The State One will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for it.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the material — in particular, from any unauthorised sharing or commercial use under section 3.
16. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your purchase, are governed by the laws of Romania, where we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in this section takes away any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country or state where you live. Those protections apply in addition to these terms.
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom: The State One is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Where you expressly agreed at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, that right no longer applies once delivery has begun. Our 30-day guarantee in section 8 is broader than that statutory right, and it applies to everyone regardless.
17. Disputes
Write to us first. Almost everything is solved within a day, and inside the 30-day guarantee there is nothing to dispute — you simply get your money back. Send any complaint to contact@xeniavocalhealer.com and we will reply within 5 business days.
If we cannot resolve a matter between us within 30 days of your first message, either of us may bring it before the competent courts of Baia Mare, Romania. If you are a consumer and the law of the country or state where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your own local courts, that right is not affected by this section.
Consumers in Romania and elsewhere in the European Union may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor, ANPC) or use the alternative dispute-resolution bodies it lists.
We do not require you to arbitrate, and we do not ask you to give up your right to bring or join a class action. Nothing in these terms limits your right to complain to a regulator.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version. Changes apply from the day they are posted and never retroactively to a purchase you have already made. If a change is significant, we will say so by email to customers.
19. If part of this is unenforceable
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force.
